Nimply is an AI social media workforce: task-specific AI agents that draft replies, ghostwrite posts, moderate comments, repurpose content, and scout trends — built on top of a full social media platform with scheduling, approval workflows, a unified inbox, visual automations, and analytics. Agents never act outside the rails you set: drafts go through your approval workflow, and reply agents default to draft mode.
Yes — Nimply has a free forever plan with no credit card required. It includes 3 connected channels, the content calendar and scheduling, the AI Assistant, Kanban planning, and a monthly AI credit allowance so you can try the core workflow before upgrading.
After connecting at least one channel, open the calendar or composer, write your post, choose which connected accounts to publish to, and pick a date and time. Save it as a draft, send it for approval, or schedule it directly — Nimply publishes automatically at the scheduled time.
No. Nimply runs entirely in your web browser at app.nimply.io. There is nothing to download or install.
The Learning Hub has five step-by-step guides with real product screenshots: setting up your workspace, hiring your first AI agent, mastering the unified inbox, building your first automation, and creating content with AI.
Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, and Threads. Instagram supports feed posts, Stories, and Reels; YouTube supports videos and Shorts; Pinterest supports Pins.
Open the Channels area in your workspace and choose the platform you want to add. You'll be redirected to that network's secure login (OAuth) to authorize Nimply — your social passwords are never seen or stored. Once approved, the account is ready to schedule to.
Yes. Paid plans let you connect multiple accounts per platform, which is what makes Nimply a good fit for managing several brands or clients. The exact number of channels depends on your plan.
Yes. Once a post is scheduled, Nimply publishes it at the time you set — you don't need to be online or take any action. If your team uses approvals, posts move through a draft → approval → scheduled flow first, so nothing goes live without sign-off.
Yes. Write the post once, then adjust the copy or media per network so each version fits the platform — and the AI Assistant can rewrite the same message for each network's tone and length.
Social networks expire access tokens periodically, or when you change your password or revoke app access on their side. If a channel shows as disconnected, reconnect it from the Channels area to restore publishing.
An agent is a task-specific AI worker configured for one job — answering support questions, capturing leads, moderating comments, ghostwriting posts, designing thumbnails — that runs repeatedly with your context: your business facts, your tone, your boundaries. You hire one from the template gallery, configure it in a short wizard, and it works on its own schedule or reacts to events, always within the limits you set.
Not unless you explicitly enable it. Content agents only ever create drafts that go through your normal approval and scheduling workflow — no agent can publish directly to a channel. Conversational agents default to draft mode, where suggested replies appear as internal notes; auto mode is opt-in, rate-limited, and pauses automatically when a human teammate replies. You can also pause any agent on a single conversation with one click.
Three ways: during setup you give each agent its context (business facts, tone, off-limits topics); writing agents study your actual published posts to match your voice; and agents learn from corrections — when you edit a drafted reply before sending, the agent saves the lesson and applies it next time. Everything an agent has learned is visible, editable, and deletable.
Yes — through MCP (Model Context Protocol) connections. Connect your order system, booking tool, or docs as MCP servers (API key or OAuth sign-in), and agents like Customer Support can look up real answers — order status, availability, policy details — instead of guessing. You choose exactly which connections each agent can use.
All AI usage in Nimply — assistant drafts, image generation, agent runs — draws from one monthly credit allowance: 500 on Free, 5,000 on Creator, 20,000 on Growth, and 100,000 on Agency, with top-ups available any time. Agents show a per-run estimate before you hire one, and the exact spend is recorded on every run. There's no separate agent add-on or per-seat AI fee.
One shared inbox that collects direct messages, comments, and mentions from your connected social accounts. Every conversation arrives as a thread with the full history, the sender's profile, AI-detected sentiment and intent, priority, tags, assignment, and internal notes — with the reply box right there.
Inbox coverage rolls out per network as platforms grant API access. YouTube comments are live today. Instagram and Facebook DMs, comments, and mentions arrive as Meta's app review completes, and X (Twitter) and Threads follow their own platform approvals. Publishing and scheduling work on all networks regardless.
Three ways, all under your control: the composer's AI draft button writes a reply for the conversation you're viewing; saved replies answer common questions in one click; and you can attach a Customer Support or Sales agent to a channel so every new customer message gets a drafted reply as an internal note — or an automatic reply if you enable auto mode, which pauses whenever a teammate takes over.
The inbox is opt-in per channel: Nimply doesn't ingest a single message from a connected account until you explicitly switch that channel's inbox on — and turning it off unsubscribes the platform webhook and stops ingestion. Connecting a channel for publishing never silently starts message collection.
Yes — assignments with routing rules, internal notes with @mentions, saved replies with shortcuts, SLA policies with first-response and resolution timers, statuses, and per-member unread counts. Agencies run a separate inbox per client workspace.
React to workspace events (post published, failed, approved, channel connected, agent run completed), run on schedules, create draft posts, run AI agents, send Slack, Telegram, or in-app notifications, call external APIs with the HTTP node, branch on conditions, and wait between steps — all built on a visual node canvas.
No — by design. The create-post action only creates drafts that go through your normal approval workflow. This is a deliberate safety rail so an automation can never publish to your channels unreviewed.
Run it in test mode first: read-only steps execute for real, anything that would write is simulated and clearly labeled, and each node shows success or failure on the canvas — so you validate the logic without sending anything or spending credits.
Nimply Automations runs inside your workspace with native access to your posts, channels, approvals, agents, and inbox — no connector setup or extra subscription. For flows that span other products, Nimply also integrates with Zapier, Make, and n8n via the public API and webhooks, and the HTTP node can call any external service.
Nimply offers Free, Creator ($9.99/mo), Growth ($49.99/mo), and Agency ($99.99/mo). Each step up raises your connected channels, team members, AI credits, scheduled posts, and storage. See the Pricing page for a full comparison.
