Frequently asked questions
Is the link-in-bio page really free?
Yes. Every Nimply workspace, including the Free plan, gets one page on nimply.link with unlimited links, templates and basic analytics. The Free page shows a small Nimply badge; paid plans remove it. Plan prices are the same as the rest of Nimply, so the page never costs extra.
Can I use my own domain?
On the Agency plan, yes. Connect a domain such as links.yourbrand.com to any page, add one DNS record, and Nimply issues the certificate. Other plans use nimply.link/yourhandle.
Can I sell products or take payments on my page?
Not today. You can link out to your shop, booking page or tip jar with buttons, product cards and a booking block, but Nimply does not process payments on the page itself. Selling is on our roadmap and is marked "Coming soon" inside the editor.
How is this different from Linktree?
Two things. First, the page is connected to your scheduler: a post you schedule in Nimply can add its own link card the moment it publishes. Second, it comes with the rest of Nimply, so the Creator plan price covers scheduling to nine networks, AI agents and the inbox as well as the page. Can I move my Linktree over?
Yes. Paste your linktr.ee address in the editor and Nimply imports your public links and thumbnails as link blocks. You keep editing from there.
What happens to my links if I stop paying?
Your page stays live on the Free plan. If you had more than one page, the extra pages return to drafts, the badge comes back, and pixels are paused until you upgrade again. Nothing is deleted.
Does Instagram allow links to nimply.link?
Yes. Every link on your page points directly to its destination, with no redirect chains, and every sign-up form is protected by a bot check and every URL is scanned before publishing. That keeps the domain in good standing with Instagram, TikTok and Google Safe Browsing.
