Which social media platforms does Nimply support?
Nimply publishes to nine platforms: Instagram, Facebook Pages, X (Twitter), LinkedIn personal profiles, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and Telegram channels and groups. Every connection uses the platform's official API — you authorize with OAuth (or, for Telegram, add the Nimply bot as an admin), and Nimply never asks for your password.
Do I pay extra for each connected channel?
No. Nimply plans are flat-priced — every plan includes all nine platforms, and you organize accounts into workspaces (one per brand or client) instead of paying per-channel fees.
Can I post to every platform at once?
You write once in the composer, then tailor per platform — captions, media, and platform-specific settings like TikTok privacy or YouTube tags — and schedule each channel on its own time. Cross-posting without tailoring is possible, but the per-platform editor is there because the same post rarely fits every network verbatim.
Do the AI agents post on their own?
Never. Agents draft — replies, posts, carousels, thumbnails — and everything lands as a draft that waits for your approval before it is scheduled or published. You can also pause an agent on any individual conversation.
Which platforms work with the unified inbox?
The inbox currently covers Facebook Page comments, DMs, and mentions, X DMs and mentions, YouTube and TikTok comments, Threads replies, Telegram channel comments, group messages, and reactions, and WhatsApp Business chats (WhatsApp is inbox-only — it has no publishing API). Instagram DMs and comments are live too (reconnect your Instagram account once to grant the new permissions). It is opt-in per channel, so a connected account only streams conversations after you enable it.
What happens if a scheduled post fails to publish?
Nimply retries transient failures and notifies you when a post needs attention — for example when a platform token expires and the channel needs to be reconnected. Nothing silently disappears from your calendar.
