Instagram & Facebook · Comment-to-DM
Stop typing the same message under every “link please”. Set a keyword and a DM once, and every commenter who asks for it gets your link in their inbox, automatically. Flat price. No per-contact billing.
Free to start · setup takes a few minutes · works on Instagram professional accounts and Facebook Pages
Try it · simulation
Pick the platform, type your keyword and your DM, then post a test comment. This is a simulation: nothing touches a real account, but the behaviour is the real automation’s.
Comments appear here.
The DM lands here the moment a matching comment arrives.
Simulation only. In Nimply the real automation does exactly this: plain keyword matching (no AI reads the comment), one private reply per comment inside the platform's 7-day window, and every send listed in the run history.
How it works
Instagram professional account or Facebook Page. One tap, Meta’s own login. Nimply never asks for your password.
A specific post or every post. Then the word people will comment, like GUIDE or LINK, and the DM they should receive.
From that moment each matching comment gets your DM as a private reply, optionally with a public reply too. Every send shows in the run history.
The honest version
Comment-to-DM tools love big promises. These are the rules Meta sets and Nimply follows, so you can plan around them.
Nimply checks the comment text against your keyword rules in order. The first rule whose keyword appears as a whole word (any capitalisation) wins: the commenter gets your DM as a private reply, and, if you turned it on, your public reply appears under their comment. Comments without a keyword are left alone.
No. Matching is plain whole-word text matching, so it is predictable: GUIDE matches “GUIDE please!” and “guide”, never “guidance”. Nothing is left to a model’s judgement, and nothing is sent that you did not write yourself.
No. Meta allows exactly one private reply per comment, and only within seven days of the comment. Nimply respects both: one DM per matching comment, never a sequence. If a comment is too old, the run history records why no DM went out.
Instagram professional accounts (business or creator) and Facebook Pages. During setup you connect the account you want; the wizard then lets you pick a specific post or run on any post.
No. Comment-to-DM sends automatically the moment a matching comment arrives, which is the point of it. If you want a human in the loop, that is what Nimply’s AI agents are for; this automation is deliberately simple.
Nimply charges a flat price per plan, never per contact or per DM. The Free plan includes one automation workflow and 50 automation runs a month — enough to try it on a real post. Paid plans raise the run allowance; you see the exact numbers inside the setup before you decide.
Yes, within Meta’s seven-day window. When your rule is scoped to a specific post, Nimply can sweep that post’s recent matching comments and DM them too, counting each as one automation run.
