About Nimply
Most creators and small teams don’t have a social media manager, a community manager, a designer, and an analyst — they have themselves, after hours. Nimply exists to close that gap: AI agents that do the repetitive work, learn your voice, and never act outside the rails you set.
Our story
Nimply started as the trusted rail: multi-platform scheduling with a real approval workflow, built for teams who can't afford a public mistake. Planner, calendar, drafts, sign-offs — the unglamorous plumbing done properly.
Watching real workspaces, the bottleneck was obvious: the repetitive work around the calendar — drafting replies, qualifying DMs, rewriting winners, designing carousels. Software that only schedules leaves the actual workload untouched.
So we built the staff: task-specific AI agents you hire from a gallery — support replies, lead capture, moderation, ghostwriting, carousels, repurposing, trend scouting. Every one of them runs on the original rail: draft, approval, schedule. Nothing publishes itself.
The mission
Give every creator and small team a social media staff they could never afford to hire — one that does the repetitive work, learns their voice, and never acts outside the rails they set.
That last clause is the whole company. The AI drafts; you approve.
What we’ve built
Ten task-specific agents that draft replies, capture leads, moderate comments, ghostwrite, design carousels, recycle winners, and scout trends.
ExploreMulti-platform scheduling across eight networks with a real draft → approval → schedule workflow underneath everything.
ExploreFacebook and Instagram comments and DMs plus YouTube comments in one AI-triaged queue — opt-in per channel, with SLAs and assignment rules.
ExploreA visual canvas for the glue work: comment-to-DM funnels, inbox triage, agent schedules — every recipe dry-run testable before it goes live.
ExploreCaptions, images, thumbnails, and carousels — plus a 502-template prompt library, published in full for anyone to read.
ExploreA public API, webhooks, and an MCP server — plus Zapier, n8n, and Make apps — so Nimply plugs into the stack you already run.
ExploreHow we operate
Handing your public voice to software takes trust. These are the commitments that make it reasonable — each one built into the product, not written into a policy.
Every agent output is a draft. It waits in your approval queue, and only after a human signs off does it get scheduled. This isn't a safety disclaimer — it's the architecture.
AI work costs credits, and you see the estimate before anything runs — per generation, per agent run. No opaque metering, no surprise bills.
Pause an agent on a single conversation, pause it everywhere, or unhire it. Rails you set, not rails you hope for.
No invented growth percentages, no fake testimonials, no star ratings we didn't earn. Every scenario on this site is labeled illustrative, and every feature we describe is one that ships.
The people
Nimply is built by a small team that uses its own product every day — the same reason the platform exists is the reason we can ship it: the agents do our repetitive work too.

Chief Technology Officer
Farman leads engineering — the agents platform, the publishing rails, and the infrastructure they run on. His bar for shipping: would we trust it with our own accounts?
The company
The fastest way to understand Nimply is the agent gallery and the template library — or read how it fits your industry and your role. Pricing is public and simple.
