Subscription Plans
Nimply offers various subscription plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By subscribing to our services, you agree to the following refund terms:
Monthly Subscriptions
For monthly subscription plans:
- You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings or by contacting our support team.
- Cancellations will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle.
- We do not provide partial refunds for unused portions of the monthly billing period.
- Once canceled, you will continue to have access to your subscription until the end of your current billing period.
Annual Subscriptions
For annual subscription plans:
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee from the date of purchase.
- If you are not satisfied with our services within the first 14 days, you may request a full refund by contacting our support team.
- After the 14-day period, annual subscriptions are non-refundable for the remainder of the subscription term.
- You may cancel your annual subscription at any time, but no refund will be provided for the unused portion of your subscription after the 14-day period.
Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Technical issues that significantly impair the functionality of our services and cannot be resolved by our support team within a reasonable timeframe.
- Billing errors or duplicate charges.
- Service unavailability for extended periods (more than 24 consecutive hours) due to our system failures.
How to Request a Refund

- Reason for the refund request
- Any relevant details or documentation supporting your request
Our support team will review your request and respond within 2 business days. If your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Non-Refundable Items
The following are not eligible for refunds:
- Add-on services or features purchased separately from the subscription plan.
- Subscriptions canceled after the 14-day money-back guarantee period (for annual plans).
- Accounts that have violated our Terms of Service.
- Subscriptions that have been active for more than one billing cycle.
Promotional Offers and Discounts
Special promotional offers, discounts, or free trials may have different refund terms. Any specific refund terms for these offers will be clearly communicated during the purchase process.
