Is the Nimply community free to join?
Yes — Discord, r/Nimply, and the Facebook Group are all free and open. You don't need a paid Nimply plan, or even an account, to join and ask questions.
Which community should I join?
Join whichever you already use. Discord is best for quick back-and-forth help, Reddit (r/Nimply) is best for feature requests and longer posts that others can find later, and the Facebook Group suits ongoing strategy discussion. Plenty of people are in all three.
Can I request features or influence the roadmap?
Yes. Post feature requests on r/Nimply or in the Discord so others can add their use case — the team reads everything, and requests are discussed in the open where you can see them land on the roadmap.
Is the community an official support channel?
The team is active in all three spaces and answers questions there, but for account or billing issues use the contact page so we can look at your workspace privately. For everything else, asking in public helps the next person too.
Are there community rules?
The usual ones: be helpful, no spam or self-promotion floods, and keep client details private when sharing screenshots. Each space pins its own short rule list.
