In short: one button in your browser, one click on whatever you are looking at, and Nimply catches it. The text, the author, the link back and the image links land in your workspace as an Ideas card, a draft in the composer, a media-library file or a lead — and nothing happens until you confirm in the panel.
Where to get Sidekick
Sidekick is live in the Chrome Web Store — which also covers Brave, Vivaldi and Arc — and on the Mac App Store for Safari. Install it, sign in with your Nimply account, and it is one click away on the page you are reading. Firefox, Edge and Opera are still to come.

Where it fits
Sidekick is a companion to Nimply, not a standalone tool. You sign in once with your existing Nimply account and pick a workspace. Everything it keeps goes where the rest of your work already lives: Ideas boards, the composer with its draft-and-approve flow, the media library, and the leads your Sales and Lead agent works from. Trend Scout and Content Repurposer can then work from what you have kept.
It reads a page only when you click, one item at a time, and its whole interface lives in the browser’s own panel. It is built to the same rule as Nimply’s AI agents: it prepares work, you decide.
What it connects
Posts and articles to your Ideas boards
A post on LinkedIn, X, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, YouTube or TikTok, or any article on the web, becomes a card with the text, author and link back.
Any page to the composer
Send the page, or the part you highlighted, into the Nimply composer as a starting point, or ask for a first draft in your brand voice using your AI credits.
Comments to reply suggestions
Click it on a comment or message and it suggests replies in your voice for you to copy and send yourself.
Images and leads to your workspace
Right-click an image to save it to your media library with its source noted, or keep a commenter as a lead with their name, profile link and what they said.

Click
Click the Sidekick icon, right-click a post, link or image, or use the keyboard shortcut. That click is what lets the extension read the page, and only that page.

Review in the panel
The panel shows what it read, with a keep-or-drop switch for each part. Nothing has been sent yet.

Confirm
Choose the board, the composer, the media library or your leads, and confirm. Only then does anything reach your workspace.
Frequently asked questions
Is Sidekick an integration I switch on inside Nimply?
No. It is a browser extension you add to your browser, then sign in to with your Nimply account. There is nothing to enable in your workspace settings; once you are signed in, what it saves appears in your workspace like anything else.
Where do I find the install steps for my browser?
On the Nimply Sidekick product page at nimply.io/nimply-sidekick, which has a page for Chrome (also Brave, Vivaldi and Arc), Microsoft Edge, Firefox, Opera and Safari. Chrome and Safari are live today — Chrome from the Chrome Web Store, Safari from the Mac App Store; the buttons for Firefox, Edge and Opera read “Coming soon” and become links as each store approves its listing.
Does it act on social networks for me?
No. It has no way to post, comment, like, follow, connect or send a message anywhere, it never changes the page you are on, and it only reads a page when you click. Its privacy policy is at nimply.io/legal/browser-extension.
