Will AI agents post or reply without my permission?
Not unless you allow it. By default agents work in draft mode: their posts go through your approval and schedule, and their suggested replies wait for your team. You can switch a chat agent to auto-reply, pause it for any conversation in one click, and it stands down when a teammate replies.
Which social media platforms does Nimply support?
You can publish to Instagram, Facebook, X (Twitter), LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads and Telegram, with several accounts per platform. WhatsApp Business connects as an inbox-only channel: chats land in your shared inbox and agents answer them. DMs and comments from most of these networks also arrive in the inbox.
