Nimply's iOS app is now live on the App Store: a free download that puts your whole social media operation on your iPhone, from the scheduling calendar and unified inbox to the part no other social app has, an approval queue for your AI agents.
Until today, Nimply lived in your browser. You planned the month, reviewed agent drafts, and cleared comments from a desk. The desk part is now optional.
The feature we built the app around: approve from a push
Nimply's AI agents draft posts and replies, scout trends, and prepare content, but nothing they write publishes until a human approves it. That rule is the heart of the product, and it used to have a cost: drafts waited in the queue until you got back to a screen.
On iPhone, the queue comes to you. When an agent or a teammate submits a draft, a push notification shows you what was written and what the run cost in credits, and you approve or reject it right from the notification, without opening the app. The rejected ones go back with your reason attached. Your brand stays safe, and the loop moves at your speed instead of your desk schedule.
You can also open any agent and see its full run history, what each run cost, and a pause switch that stops it instantly. Same rails as the web, enforced by the platform.
What else is in the app
This is a full client for your workspace, not a companion widget:
- The scheduler. Month and week calendar views, queue slots that fill themselves, best-time suggestions computed from your own audience, and cross-posting tailored per network across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Pinterest, Threads, and X. Posts publish from Nimply's servers at the scheduled time, so your phone can be off.
- Share sheet capture. Nimply sits in your iPhone's share sheet. A photo from your camera roll, a link from Safari, or a video from another app lands straight in the composer, ready to caption (or hand to the AI assistant) and queue.
- The unified inbox. Comments and DMs from your connected channels in one stream. Assign a conversation to a teammate, fire a saved reply, or edit an AI-suggested one before sending. More on how we think about that workflow in our guide to social media inbox management.
- Analytics. Follower growth, reach, engagement, and per-post performance, in a dark mode that follows your system theme.
iPhone specifics
The app requires iOS 16.4 or later and weighs in at 60.3 MB. It is built for iPhone; there is no iPad-optimized version, and for big-screen work the web app at app.nimply.io remains the better tool. You can sign up inside the app with Apple, Google, or email, and if you already use Nimply on the web, signing in with the same account brings your workspaces, channels, and scheduled posts with it. Everything stays in sync with the web platform because it is the same workspace on every screen.
Downloading the app is free and it works with every plan, including the free plan and the 7-day trial. Your subscription lives in your workspace, not in the app.

Is the Nimply iOS app free?
Yes, the download is free and the app works with every Nimply plan, including the free plan. Whatever your account can do on the web, it can do on your iPhone.
What iPhone do I need?
Any iPhone running iOS 16.4 or later. The app is designed for iPhone; it is not optimized for iPad, where we recommend the web app instead.
Does the app post automatically, or send me reminders to post?
It publishes automatically. Scheduled posts go out from Nimply's servers at their scheduled time whether your phone is on or not. The app is for planning, approving, and replying, not babysitting reminders.
Can the AI agents publish without me?
No. Agents draft; every draft lands in the approval queue, and nothing publishes until someone with approval rights says so. The push notification just makes saying so faster.
